Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overall HR management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, managing benefits and payroll, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
