The company manages microfinance loans for KMBL and operates branches across 11 states, including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Odisha.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ajmer. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and facilitating employee relations. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management activities, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Ajmer and manage HR tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus

Experience: 0 to 1 Year Max.
