Job Description

Inbound Talent is recruiting for a full-time Sales Administrator for a telecommunications client based in the Bathgate area.


Job Type: Full-time
Salary : £25,000 per year
Experience : Administration (2 years preferred)
Work Location : In person
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay typ es: Yearly bonus

About The Role:
The company is now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • Ensuring all relevant documents are received from new customers.
  • Updating internal systems with credit limits.
  • Setting up new customers on the internal system correctly.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
  • Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Handling customer enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
  • Day-to-day you’ll be planning and coordinating Freight Forwarders.
  • Raising Commercial Invoices.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with customs and export criteria.
  • To assist export agents as and when required.

The Candidate:
  • Previous experience of working in a high-level administrative role, exporting, or sales administration would be advantageous.
  • The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Good Customer Service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively find resolutions.

Requirements
Requirements
Experience in administration, export, or sales. Must prioritise workload, communicate effectively, and excel in MS Office. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive problem-solving skills are valued.
