AI/ML Software Engineer

Job Description :


- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand business problems and translate them into technical requirements for AI/ML solutions.


- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and frameworks.


- Preprocess and prepare data for model training, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and transformation.


- Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models to ensure accuracy, generalizability, and performance.


- Optimize machine learning models for efficiency and scalability in production environments.


- Integrate AI/ML models into software applications using appropriate APIs and libraries.


- Monitor and maintain deployed models, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.


- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.


- Document the entire machine learning lifecycle, including models, data pipelines, and insights gained.


Minimum Qualifications :


- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:


Technical Expertise :


- Strong software engineering background with expertise in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies.


- Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.


- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.


- Experience with large language models (e.g, GPT-3, GPT-4) and frameworks like LangChain/ HuggingFace, LangFlow, or FlowiseAI.


- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing.


- Familiarity with open-source frameworks and tools (FoSS) and their copyleft implications.


Machine Learning Knowledge :


- Understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, deep-learning, transformers, and reinforcement learning.


- Proven experience in deep learning, machine learning model selection, and benchmarking.


Mathematics and Statistics :


- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.


Software Engineering Skills :


- Strong software engineering background with expertise in at least one programming language commonly used for AI/ML (e.g., Python, Java, C++).


- Experience in building robust, scalable, and maintainable machine learning pipelines.


- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and best practices for code management.


Data Engineering & Analytics:


- Solid understanding of data preprocessing techniques (e.g., data cleaning, feature engineering).


- Experience in working with large datasets and utilizing big data tools and technologies
