Job Overview:

The AI/ML Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions across our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, a strong software engineering background, and experience in developing scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Lead the development of machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing models.
  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI/ML architectures that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define AI/ML requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Model Deployment and Monitoring: Develop strategies for model deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring in production environments to ensure models are performing optimally.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, frameworks, and trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance our AI capabilities.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ensure Compliance and Ethics: Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices.


Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in an architect or leadership role.


Technical Skills:


  • Python: Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
  • ML Frameworks: Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.


Soft Skills:


  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Environment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • MLOps: Experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Data Governance and Security: Experience in data governance and data security best practices.
  • Domain Expertise: Background in a specific domain such as finance, healthcare, or IoT.
