We also boast a star rating of 4.6 on G2 Crowd 4.5 on Gartner Peer Insights and a high CSAT of 99.8%Highest-Ranking DAP on 2023 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ North America for Third Consecutive YearWon the Silver for Stevie's Employer of the Year 2023 – Computer Software category and also recognized as Great Place to Work 2022-2023Only DAP to be among the top 35% companies worldwide in sustainability excellence with EcoVadis Bronze MedalKey Responsibilities: Research & Implement ML and Deep learning algorithms for productionBuild infrastructure for AI/ML systems, such as model inference, automated (re-)training, monitoring, explainability, etc.Participate in Code Review and process improvement.Stay abreast of new AI research relevant to us by reading papers and experimenting with codeHelp AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI for your ProductsRun necessary ML tests and benchmarks for model validationFine-tune, retrain and scale existing model deploymentsArticulate complex problems by communicating viable architecture and design approaches in a clear and concise mannerImplement computationally complex model training and software applications understanding Neural networks and integrate them into the Whatfix saas platform.Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems for one of the world’s fastest-growing startupsEnvision project goals, and product architectural solutions with a high focus on detail to ensure successful implementationOccasionally participate in customer demos & provide inputs wherever requiredConduct research to provide technical solutions at scale for real-world challenges in various scenariosOur ideal AI/ML Engineer:3-8 years of experience and a strong analytical background, with a degree in computer science, engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, algorithms, statistics, or a similar field desirable.Proficiency of the below technologies and frameworks:Solid experience in building applications using one or more of the techniques: Deep Learning, frameworks used for Leveraging LLMs(RAG, Fine-tuning, prompt-engineering)Strong understanding of concepts related to Machine Learning and StatisticsDeep understanding of the family of Deep Learning and Computer Vision algorithms such as R-CNN, Fast R-CNN, Faster R-CNN, YOLO, etcSolid hands-on experience in Deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, Fastai, TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing. A solid foundation in the principles of computer science is desired.Working knowledge of finding ways to quickly experiment and deploy at least 2 DL-based solutions to productionExcellent communication and technical skillsA can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit to conceive ideas, turn challenges into opportunities, and build productsAbility to collaborate effectively with highly technical resources in a fast-paced environmentAbility to solve complex challenges/problems and rapidly deliver innovative solutionsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer ScienceGood to have:Experience in solving Embodied AI problems or problems involving building reinforcement learning algorithmsExperience in training multimodal eg: Vision Language models and deploying to production to solve business problemsPublication of DL-based research work in top-tier conferences is a plusPrevious experience with transformer/vision transformer-based modelsUnderstanding using distributed computing frameworks like SparkNote: At Whatfix, we thrive on the power of collaboration, innovation, and human connection.
