Job Title: AI/ML/GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML/GenAI Engineer to join our team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for various applications.
  • Work on Generative AI models, fine-tuning, and deploying them as per project requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and apply them to projects.
  • Develop efficient and scalable code in Python.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation for machine learning models.
  • Work with large datasets and ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.
  • Continuously improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing and data wrangling techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and Python development.
