Job Overview :

Experience : 2-5 Years


Notice Period : Immediate Joiners only (max 2 : Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon- Hybrid work


Employment Type : Contract Basis



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML/GenAI Engineer to join our team on a contract basis.


The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in AI, ML, GenAI, and Python.


You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML solutions to drive our projects forward. This role requires immediate joiners who can start within two weeks.


Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.


- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for various applications.


AI/ML Development :


GenAI Implementation :


- Work on Generative AI models, fine-tuning, and deploying them as per project requirements.


- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and apply them to projects.


Python Programming :


- Develop efficient and scalable code in Python.


- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.


Data Handling :


- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation for machine learning models.


- Work with large datasets and ensure data integrity and quality.


Model Evaluation :


- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.


- Continuously improve model accuracy and :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.


- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights.


Technical Skills :


- Strong proficiency in Python programming.


- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.


- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models.


- Knowledge of data preprocessing and data wrangling techniques.


- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.


- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.


Analytical Skills :


- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.


- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to derive actionable Skills :


- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.


- High attention to detail and commitment to :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and Python development.
