Responsibilities

- Monitor patient health and vital signs.
- Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Respond to medical emergencies effectively.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols diligently
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of LPN/LVN experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
