Job Description
Our client is a renowned hospital is currently looking for a Senior Nursing Director - Outpatient for Saudi Arabia location.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Should have proven track record of leading and managing large teams (around 300 FTEs) in a similar operational environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high patient satisfaction and engagement scores.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Emphasis on quality care, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Experience working in a JCI-accredited hospital.
  • Preferably working in a Magnet hospital or experience with Magnet designation processes.
  • Ability to implement and oversee policies, procedures, and best practices in a busy, diverse clinical setting.

Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Education -  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) AND Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration REQUIRED.
  • Licensure -  Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience -  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in nursing management and 15-20 years’ experience in nursing, specifically in a busy outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
Work Location - Saudi Arabia
