Learner Success Associate - Inside Sales Specialist

You’ll be the key connection between aspiring learners and their ideal digital careers. Through personalized one-on-one consultations, you will guide students in selecting the best-fit programs, helping them navigate their learning journey, and setting them up for success in the digital business world. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring each student’s seamless onboarding and a transformative learning experience.

What You'll Do?

Engage with prospective learners:

Understand their aspirations, provide tailored advice, and help them choose the right program to achieve their career goals.Promote Digiaccel's values:

Advocate for our cutting-edge programs, ensuring a smooth and personalized onboarding journey for every student.Collaborate across teams:

Work closely with communication, product, and operations teams to improve outreach strategies and refine program offerings.Leverage data-driven insights:

Analyze learner data and pipeline trends to optimize the student experience and ensure continuous improvement in our processes.

What We're Looking For?

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, education, or a related field.Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of students.Proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools.A genuine desire to help learners succeed and make an impact on their careers.A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Strong analytical skills to assess learner needs and suggest the best learning paths for them.Ability to reach out to a substantial number of potential prospects in a fast-paced environment, while making meaningful conversations.Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages.An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse talent pool.

It aims to do so through an application- based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills.
