Role Overview: Strategic Partner is integral to the organization's success, contributing to strategic

planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis to derive insights from business drivers, competitive landscape, trends, and operating metrics.- Contribute to complex projects by quickly understanding context and developing prioritized action plans for resolution.- Coordinate with various internal functions (Digital Transformation, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to execute business initiatives.- Collaborate with the founder to plan and monitor projects, identifying and addressing potential obstacles.- Work with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for organizational growth.- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in relevant sectors.- Participate in program development and management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and high-quality delivery.- Analyze market, industry, and internal data to derive valuable insights and recommendations.- Manage the founder’s calendar, emails, logistics, Investors, Advisors and Clientele.
