Role Overview:

As a Co-Founder and Investment Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial, strategic, and technological direction of our company. You will work closely with the existing founder to identify growth opportunities, secure investments, develop a robust financial strategy, and implement technology to optimize our processes and operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies

and growth plans.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Investment Management: Identify and secure investment opportunities to fuel our expansion and growth initiatives.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability, manage risk, and ensure financial health.
  • Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing investment materials, engaging with potential investors, and managing investor relations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Development: Support the development and expansion of our existing and new brands within the fashion industry.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and industry partners.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational and financial guidance to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
  • Technology Implementation: Assist in identifying and implementing technology solutions to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth.



Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree p

referred.

  • Experience: Proven experience in finance, financial planning, strategy, investment management, and technology implementation, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.



Skills:

  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in fundraising and investor relations.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the fashion industry.
