We are looking for a Chief of Staff (CoS) to our Managing Partner. This role is a front-row role to seeing how a who can play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization.
- Location: Hyderabad
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Consulting / Advisory / support offices for VC/PE/IB firms or Founder's Office roles as early & growth stage startups
- Education: A Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a plus. Preferably from a tier 1 Institute
The Successful Applicant:
- This role is ideal for candidates looking to move into investment banking, consulting, PE/VC roles
- A business generalist, consulting or banking experience with a penchant for learning new things fast. Experience of doing detailed research and analysis including collating data from various sources to generate meaningful and valuable insights
Skillsets: Strong command over PowerPoint, Excel; understanding of VC/PE fund-raising ecosystem, startups
Attitude sought: Efficient communicator combining high degree of discretion, mature judgment, mentoring skills, problem solving and trouble-shooting ability
Role:
- Handle special projects and initiatives for the firm including support on key strategic decisions
- Support key business development initiatives through research, relationship -building and client outreach. Representation at key forums, conferences etc.
- Participate in founder / client discussions, interface with client onboarding.
- Work closely with the Managing Partner on key strategic projects
- The CoS will have a potential opportunity to be seconded into live investment banking deal execution / consulting assignments after 6-12 months
