If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.What does a Recruiting Manager do at Hogarth?Role summary:We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our hiring efforts in Hyderabad for Hogarth. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, driving talent acquisition strategies, building strong employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing while also leading a team of recruiters to deliver against aggressive hiring goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & PlanningPartner with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment strategies for India.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.Recruitment OperationsOversee full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding).Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, compliance, and recruitment policies.Leverage data and analytics to drive process efficiency and report hiring metrics.Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.Allocate requisitions, monitor performance, and ensure consistent delivery of hiring outcomes.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align talent acquisition with business needs.Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market insights and competitive intelligence.Employer BrandingPartner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen employer brand in India.Drive initiatives for employee referrals, diversity hiring, and campus recruitment.Technology & Process ExcellenceOptimize use of ATS and recruitment tools for streamlined processes.Continuously improve candidate experience and interview best practices.Qualifications & Skills8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in India.Proven track record in scaling hiring operations for mid to large organizations.Strong knowledge of the Indian talent market, labor laws, and recruitment practices.Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.Data-driven mindset with ability to present metrics and insights to leadership.Strong people management and coaching skills.Shift Flexibility Requirement : The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for night shifts being required a few times per year during peak periods.Our Hogarth Values:Hands onNo egos here.
