Position Type : Contract Role (Remote)
Work Hours : USA EST (India 6 PM to 3 AM IST)

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of the US healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare systems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement processes, and will be skilled in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role demands a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient data security and privacy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Healthcare Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Requirement Gathering: Extract, document, and prioritize business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Independent Work: Exhibit the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Project Management: Utilize knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to contribute to project planning and execution.
- Collaboration Tools: Proficiently use collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team communication.
- Adaptability: Show flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
