Business Analyst with solid background in MuleSoft



Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days



Total Experience: Over 7 years with 5 years of relevant experience in MuleSoft



Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Jaipur



Mandatory Skill: Business Analyst/Functional Analyst with MuleSoft experience:

  • Lead and organize the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements and processes for large, complex, or risky projects by closely collaborating with customers and other departments to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensure that nonfunctional requirements align with customer expectations.
  • Validate proposed solutions to technical or business issues in the context of the current and future business landscape by harmonizing business needs with technical solutions.
  • Develop and update business process maps in ARIS.
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to clarify and align on business requirements.
  • Work closely with the development and quality assurance teams in an agile manner, participating in 3 amigos meetings to co-create solutions.
  • Conduct demos for end users and, when necessary, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements for maximum efficiency in a dynamic, Agile environment. Engage in squad activities and Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience in mapping/migration is preferred for supporting data transformation or integration projects.
  • Integration experience is favorable for supporting integration initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP/OTC is a plus for workflow transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Pega is beneficial for integration endeavors.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is essential for data-related projects.
  • Expertise in MuleSoft is crucial for supporting integration endeavors.
