Job Title: Installation Manager/Supervisor

Location: Indore, Central India's Biggest Furniture Mall

Department: Operations

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Installation Manager/Supervisor to lead our furniture installation team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of furniture delivery, assembly, and installation, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Supervise: Lead, train, and manage a team of installation technicians, ensuring timely and effective completion of all projects.
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee installations from start to finish, coordinating with sales and logistics teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-installation site checks and final quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. Enforce strict safety protocols on all job sites.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain project records, manage inventory of tools and hardware, and report on team performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in furniture installation or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in furniture assembly techniques and capable of reading technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
