**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the execution of HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities as per project plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Monitor on-site safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans for efficient implementation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and material usage records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address concerns and provide updates.
- Ensure proper allocation and management of materials, tools, and equipment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in HVAC project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management and scheduling tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
