**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update progress.
- Check quality of work and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on site.
- Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle site documentation and reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
