Job Description:

  • Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations and maintenance across our coworking spaces

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects

  • Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement solutions

  • Supervise and guide MEP technicians and vendors

  • Develop and implement MEP maintenance schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in MEP, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

  • 2+ years of experience in MEP installation, maintenance, or supervision

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
