About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into robust technical solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, best practices, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to automate workflows and processes across various IT disciplines (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.).

- Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend ServiceNow functionalities.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with best practices.

- Work with development teams to implement technical solutions.

- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.

- Document solutions for future reference and knowledge transfer.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after implementation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.) and their functionalities.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (ServiceNow Scripting Engine).

- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
