Job Description :


- Providing technical and architectural leadership for ServiceNow application.


- Ability to develop and configure applications using ServiceNow, and JavaScript technology;


- Build Workflows and write automated scripts


- Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.


- Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.


- Perform workflow design, configuration, development and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.


- Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications.


- Perform upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications based on guidance from project manager, architects, ITIL practice leads and customers.


- Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensure that architecture standards are followed.


- Responsible for defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design.


- Providing expert knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture to business and technology teams and facilitating the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and

practices.

Experience : 10+ Years


Skills : Architecture, Service Portal, Widget, Service Catalog and JavaScript.
