Position : ServiceNow Architect

Experience : 8+yrs

Available Locations : Bangalore / Chennai

Budget : Upto 30 LPA

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days.

Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive ServiceNow strategies, architectures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in ServiceNow and ITSM, recommending innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with expertise in all modules.

- Proven track record of architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.

- Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and ITIL certification preferred.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are required.


- Additional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or PMP are a plus.
