About the Company andtheRole:

SCGBSolutions is a Bengalurubased business consultancy providingconsulting (digital marketing performance marketing social mediamarketing content writing graphic design Martech etc. corporate lawservices and recruitment services to corporates and smallbusinesses). The person joining this role will be responsible toplay a key role in helping SCGB Solutions in managing therecruitment vertical and inhouse recruitment and talent acquisitionfor SCGB s brand MOH (visit) formore information. This will be a mix of individual contributor andmanagerialroles.


Rolesandresponsibilities:


  • Collaboratewith department heads to understand staffing needs and developrecruitment strategies tailored to eachdepartment.

  • Sourcefreelance recruiters and roles through various channels includingjob boards social media networking and industry events for Inhouseroles.

  • Managework of freelance recruiters and junior recruiters ensure there ishigh productivity and manage output to ensure targets assigned tofreelance recruiters and junior recruiters aremet.

  • Reviewresumes screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assessqualifications and fit for positions in legal marketing salesfinance and otherdepartments.

  • Coordinateand schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholdersacross different departments andclients

  • Negotiatejob offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process and vendorcontracts forMOH.

  • Partnerwith HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding processfor newhires.

  • Analyzerecruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management onhiring progress and effectiveness across alldepartments.

  • Mentorand train junior recruiters and provide support asneeded.

  • Prepareor review prescreening inputs create processes to scaleprescreening and coordinate with clients for feedback and briefingof profilesshared.


WorkDays: Monday to Saturday (other than 2nd and 3rdSaturday)

WorkHours: 10 AM to 7PM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.

  • Provenexperience as a recruiter with at least 3 years of experience innonIT recruitment across multiple departments with a focus ondigital marketing design web design legal content writing andsocial mediamarketing.

  • Abilityto close positions within assigned timelines and proven trackrecord of thesame.

  • Abilityto multitask and manage multiple priorities and work efficiently ina fastpacedenvironment.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrelationships with candidates and hiring managers across differentdepartments.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field. Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 3years of experience in non-IT recruitment across multipledepartments with a focus on digital marketing, design, web design,legal, content writing, and social media marketing. Ability toclose positions within assigned timelines and proven track recordof the same. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple prioritiesand work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with candidates and hiring managers across differentdepartments.
