Experience Range: 6 – 15 Years

Shifts: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Skills Needed : UKG Pro Support, Kronos

Skills (Must Have):

UKG Dimensions Administration

UKG Pro Suite

Subject matter expertise on HR / Employee data, where it resides, what kind of business rules are enforced on it where it goes and how it impacts those other systems, focused on PTO accruals.

HCM domain expertise.


Job Description:

Responsible for the configuration, and maintenance of the UKG Dimensions system, specifically focusing on modules related to

  • Pay Policy administration
  • PTO / Vacation administration
  • Accrual administration
  • Payroll support
  • Time and attendance


Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures related to above modules. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines .

Understand the rules related to PTO management when an Associate moves from one company to other company or temporary to a full-time equivalent and handle the configurations related to Associate movement in the system.

Provide support and training to employees and managers on how to use the UKG Dimensions system for requesting, approving, and managing PTO. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Generate reports and analyse data related to PTO usage, accruals, balances, and trends . Use this information to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to optimize PTO processes.

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
