Job Overview We are seeking a mid-level Social Media Manager to join our team at Innotek Furniture Fittings Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in our Ahmedabad headquarters. The role involves managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and effectively communicating our brand's value through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current social media trends and be skilled in leveraging these to enhance Innotek's online footprint. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in content strategy development that aligns with overall marketing and brand strategy. Proficient in managing Facebook Ads Manager to enhance brand visibility and reach. Skilled in using Instagram Analytics to track performance and optimize strategy accordingly. Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite for developing engaging visual content that resonates with our audience. Excellent understanding of social media trends analysis (Mandatory skill) to stay ahead of industry shifts and consumer behavior. Experience in implementing SEO for social media (Mandatory skill) to drive organic growth and increase audience engagement. Expertise in developing comprehensive social media strategies (Mandatory skill) that integrate seamlessly with company goals and values. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with followers and foster a positive community around the brand. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement a social media marketing plan that aligns with company objectives and enhances brand awareness. Analyze social media analytics to assess engagement, reach, and effectiveness of content, adjusting strategies as needed. Create engaging and original social media content, including text, image, and video, that speaks to our target audience. Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistency in voice and message across platforms. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant tactics into our social media strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing objectives. Respond to inquiries and engage with followers to build strong relationships and foster community goodwill. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
