This role is designed for those seeking a long-term career path in B2B marketing, partnerships, and revenue growth in a global environment. This internship is the first step toward a full-time role with WLA. Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and results during the internship will be considered for permanent roles within our growing global team. You will work directly with senior professionals on demand generation, outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and brand growth across regions. ResponsibilitiesSupport multi-channel outreach on LinkedIn, email, and partner platforms to build qualified pipelines. Research and map target segments, firms, and decision makers, maintain clean CRM records. Draft concise messages, landing copy, and short case snippets for campaigns. Assist with partnership onboarding workflows, from first touch to close. Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and suggest data-driven improvements. Coordinate with design and content for creatives and collateral. Contribute to website updates, basic SEO hygiene, and conversion optimization. Desired ProfileFresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline, with strong interest in B2B growth. Excellent written and spoken English, crisp business communication. Analytical, organized, proactive, comfortable with targets and timelines. Familiar with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRMs, and basic marketing tools. Comfortable working independently and within distributed global teams. Looking for a career-starting internship that can lead to a full-time role.
