Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jodhpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the properties. Daily tasks include market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to promote our offerings. The Sales Manager will also train and supervise the sales team to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing: Experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and customer relationship management
- Leadership and Team Management: Skills in training and supervising sales teams
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and report preparation
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategies
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
