
Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Secured Business Loans by identifying and acquiring new clients through DSA/connector channels and direct sourcing.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including field executives and relationship managers.
Develop and manage relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct credit profiling and preliminary assessment of client eligibility.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
Monitor and ensure adherence to KYC, compliance, and documentation norms.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets in line with organizational goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and offerings.
Organize and participate in promotional activities such as loan melas, seminars, and events.
Report sales metrics, forecasts, and feedback to management regularly.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Secured Loan products (Loan Against Property, Business Loans with collateral, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Good understanding of credit evaluation and loan processing
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Familiarity with local markets and business ecosystems
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
3-6 years of relevant experience in sales of secured lending products
Experience in handling DSAs, connectors, and a small sales team preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly loan disbursement volume
Lead conversion rate
Portfolio quality and delinquency ratio
Team productivity and engagement
Customer satisfaction scores
