Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Retail Operations
We are looking for an analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Center of Excellence (COE) system management and data entry activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our master data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Responsibilities
·Assist in the management of the Center of Excellence (COE) for master data management, including system administration, user access management, and documentation.
·Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain and update master data records in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
·Validate and verify data accuracy by conducting regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, IT, and business users, to resolve data-related issues and ensure data consistency and integrity.
·Support the implementation and rollout of new master data management processes, systems, and tools.
·Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
·Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and system usage.
·Generate reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of master data management activities.
·Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
·Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in master data management.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·Proven experience in data entry, data management, or related administrative roles.
·Familiarity with master data concepts and principles, preferably in a corporate environment.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and data validation tasks.
·Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
·Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
·Experience with master data management systems (MDM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
·Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
·Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
·Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
·Superb communication and negotiation skills
