Role Overview:As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing US-based accounts from India, selling cloud services including managed services and professional services. Your responsibility is to convert appointments set by our inside sales team into qualified opportunities, create new opportunities through prospecting, and ultimately close deals in the US market. You will work closely with enterprise clients, delivering solutions that drive value and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage US-based accounts from India during night shifts.• Convert appointments into qualified opportunities and close deals.• Prospect and create new opportunities in the US market.• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with enterprise customers.• Present cloud solutions effectively through executive-level presentations.• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to offer tailored cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in sales to the US market.• Proven track record of selling cloud services and technologies.• Experience in working with CRM platforms.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their value to enterprises.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work night shifts.
