We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Line of Business Risk to join our Investment Management team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Generate, combine, reconcile, and tailor risk and performance attribution reports across various systems.
- Identify and monitor key risk and performance indicators and metrics and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Conduct regular reviews of investment risk guidelines, benchmark suitability, risk proxy validity, and deviations from established risk and investment parameters.
- Develop, refine, and automate comprehensive end-to-end processes for performance and risk management reporting and monitoring.
- Coordinate with corporate Risk functions to ensure consistency in risk reporting and policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of a central database for client and portfolio data, such as AUM/AUA by client, investment types, objectives, and a cross-mapping of investment identifiers across multiple systems.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- MBA Finance or equivalent
- FRM or CFA designation is desirable.
- Must have hands on working knowledge of Aladdin or Morningstar and Bloomberg
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to learn quickly and having high degree of problem solving skills
- Ability to work in high pressure environment.
- Comfortable working in evening shifts
