Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
