Please note that prior experience in OOH media planning is a prerequisite for this role.As an ideal candidate, you should have proven experience in a highly dynamic setting. Your organisational, communication, and hustle skills are second to none, and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries. You'll work closely with the Director of Media Planning to strategise and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at One Screen. You'll be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within the timeline.To be successful as a Senior Manager-OOH Media Planner, you should demonstrate solid execution and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, and have a commitment to productivity. Responsibilities and Duties:Collaborate with clients, sales, and account team members to understand the client's business objectives and OOH advertising strategyDevelop OOH Campaign plans that help the client achieve their objectives. Be an expert user of One Screen.ai planning product and interact with the Product & Engineering team to give product improvement feedback and new feature requests.Work on several campaigns simultaneously, often for several different clientsEffectively communicate with the creative agency team, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns.Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resourcesIdentify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habitsPresent proposals, including cost schedules, to clients on timeDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with OOH media suppliersQualifications:Ability to work and prioritise tasks and deliverables under deadline pressure from multiple sources (internal and external)4-7 years (for Senior Manager) experience as a media planner for OOH with a variety of industry verticals (education, CPG, healthcare, etc.)Broad knowledge of online and offline media channelsFamiliarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buyingCritical thinking for application toward client strategy and accompanying presentation materialsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWorking knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Geo Path, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Telmar, Adobe Analytics, etc.)Ability to work with web platforms and spreadsheets for the collection and management of informationDeeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math.Should be able to work EST hours.
