Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and targets.
  • Prepare detailed digital marketing plans and budgets.
  • Ensure effective execution of the digital marketing strategy across all online channels.

Branding:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Gopani's brand identity and values.
  • Manage and maintain consistency in digital collaterals, such as websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and online advertisements, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Digital Marketing Activities and Execution:

  • Identify and prioritize digital marketing activities based on the overall strategy.
  • Plan and coordinate with internal teams and external resources to execute digital marketing activities effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all digital marketing expenses, tracking key parameters such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost per Lead (CPL), and Return on Investment (ROI).

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement sustainable organic and paid marketing campaigns to generate leads from relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, email marketing).
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts, ensuring proper distribution within the team and tracking conversion rates.

Customer Success:

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to understand business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize digital workflows and marketing collaterals to support customer success initiatives.

Advanced Analytics:

  • Set clear goals and plan activities for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Allocate budgets for digital marketing expenditures.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns and track progress.
  • Monitor expenses and analyze the impact of digital marketing efforts (CAC, CPL, Cost per conversion, Business Impact, etc.).
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.


Qualification:

  • MBA OR Masters Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing is must.
  • Minimum 5-6 Years of experience


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO optimization, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Expertise in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in traditional marketing, including Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, is a plus.
  • Proven track record in running successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with branding principles and consistency in maintaining brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning for digital marketing activities.
  • Ability to manage and lead a marketing team effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
