About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive (IT)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and build strong client relationships. This role requires someone eager to learn, explore new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of IT Services and Consulting.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Generate leads via online portals.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT service/solution offerings.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical & marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle client communications (email, calls, video meetings) effectively and professionally.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and consulting domains.
- Strong research and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience:
0–2 years
(Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). - Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable with
remote work
and flexible schedules. - Knowledge of
sales cycle in IT/Software industry
will be an added advantage.
