What you’ll do:
Position Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, HR Business Partner to join our team. The Director, HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with the overall business objectives of the organization. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business unit heads, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. The Director, HR Business Partner will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive HR initiatives that support employee engagement, development, and retention.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business unit heads on all HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and solutions.
Partner with functional leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Drive employee engagement and development initiatives, including leadership development programs, career pathing, and performance coaching.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with the HR leadership team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive and inclusive work culture.
Oversee the design and implementation of employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather insights and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
What to Have for this position:
Must have Skills:-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
12-17 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align HR initiatives with the organization's overall objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and drive results.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience ensuring compliance in complex regulatory environment.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
