Role : Lead Two Wheeler Business Loans(Sales)

The purpose of the job is to lead the TW LoansSales for the Organisation by developing strategic businessframework for volume growth developing new market and customersegment resulting into sustainable and profitable growth. Developand execute all aspects such as business performance metricsproduct management policy reviews process reviews marketing andprofitability for TwoWheeler Loan Business


B. PositionResponsibilities


Business delivery & growth

Deliver top line through all channels Dealers/ SubDealers Online and Digital Partners

Drive teamfor critical revenue parameters: ROI pf insurancepenetration

Propose and execute variousstrategies for higher market penetration / faster portfolio buildup.

Creating a highquality TW Lending Book andincreasing the lending penetration in the TW LoansSegment

Supervising complete businessoperations including profitability forecasting monthly /quarterly/annual sales targets & their execution.

Look for opportunities to enhance revenue streams crosssell (ETB) new sources for outbound campaigns third party productsetc.

Channel Management &Distribution

Ensure sourcing mix throughchannels in the most costeffective manner to control Cost ofAcquisition

Ensure delivery of region wisedisbursal volumes revenues and yield target.

Develop and implement an appropriate sales management system totrack sales force productivity & performance in line withbudget

Leveraging on Marketing / Productsupport / Manufacturer support for enhancing businesspenetration

Triggering promotional activities /events such as inserts / loan melas etc. to ensure continuousfunnelling.

Chalk out plans for foraying intonew areas / locations / markets / branches.
PeopleDevelopment

Creating and Driving team ofRegional Heads / State Heads towards the goal. Draw up plans forrecruitment of manpower according to the plan.

Plan specialized training programs on regular basis to ensure teamis updated on product/policy.

Providedevelopmental feedback to all direct reports

Design an effective R&R strategy for the channel incollaboration with the Product team

Ensuringminimum attrition in the team with constant engagement &feedback & ensure skills development through regulartrainings.

Bucket X to 3 Collections Lead TwoWheeler Loans

KeyRole:

The role will be responsiblefor managing and undertaking collections process for the TwoWheeler vertical.


He will beresponsible to track & control the delinquency of the VerticalBucketwise & DPD wise an docus on nonstarters.
He will be responsible for allocating and achievetargets from in house team/ agencies/ collection outsourcedemployees.
He Will be responsible to keep atrack of the portfolio for the vertical


He has to maintain data for administrativework related to collection such as updating delinquent accounthistory providing and maintaining MIS report reviewing ofcollection feedback on Daily Weekly & Monthly basis
He has to ensure collection process and legalguidelines are adhered Team management
Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding attendancereporting and timely salary payout of outsourced salesstaff
Conducting periodic performanceReviews with the collection team and taking course corrections whenrequired
Good analytical skills. Is able tohandle systems and software with ease. Ability to network withvarious stakeholders internally and externally. Good ExcelKnowledge.
Flexibility to work extendedhours and holidays to meet both internal and external customerturnaround times Relationship management
Tocreate excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the twowheeler business
To build and createrelationship with local authorities police legaldepartment

Focus on the agency productivity as also manage cost of collectionsand adherence to process.

Responsible forhandling collections which comprises of Two Wheeler Loans

Focused loss mitigation plans strategies andimplementation.

Manage and resolve all customercomplaints arising out of collection initiatives

Ensure collection of fees from default customers andattempt to make the function costneutral

Identify and repossess and disposal of assets in chronic defaultcases.

Devising strong legal strategies for theeligible accounts.

Ensuring speedy resolutionof queries and grievances to maximize satisfactionlevels;
