JOB DESCRIPTIONSpyne is on a supersonic growth path and we are currently looking for someone who is a generalist and go-to person with great business acumen. This role requires close work with the CEO along with respective business heads to achieve short-term and long-term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen, strategy formulation, finance, data analysis, project management & team working. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization in a consultative manner. The Chief of Staff will handle the day-to-day management of personnel to allow the CEO to focus on growing the business and will contribute to the long-term success of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the CEO in setting the overall strategy of the company and in day-to-day operationsDevelop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy of the company, aligning with company goals and objectives. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, providing actionable recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.A super-smart generalist with a great financial acumen, who can figure out the best possible strategy available in the industry and build on top of it. Prepare and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook of the companyOwn the Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis). Figure out the key operating metrics, and continuously work towards improving company operating cadence (e.g. Executive meetings, Quarterly OKRs reviews, Board meetings)Hiring and organization building is a critical function for the Founder's office. An ideal candidate should be like a talent magnet for Spyne. You should be able to attract and communicate the vision to top percentile candidates who we are looking to bring in to manage a number of critical initiatives.Help with the organization's growth in a predictable manner. This would mean that an ideal candidate should be able to define the OKRs and key result metrics across functions and departments. After setting these metrics in discussions with the department heads, you will be setting up the right processes and tracking mechanisms to understand if the organization is on the right track against the goals.Be a bridge for communication between the CEO and internal departments, with strong collaborative relationships across the organization. Prepare presentations and updates for internal audiences, summaries of board meetings, or presentations for company-wide meetings.
