Location : Noida/Bengaluru - and Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a Project Manager with 10 to 14 Years of experience.
- Preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving their vision.
- Project manager is accountable for planning and allocating resources.
- Play the Product Owner/Scrum Master role on Agile Projects, must be well versed with Agile/waterfall approach
- Lead/Participate discovery sessions along with the technical team for the clients to understand and elicit business requirements.
- Prioritizing tasks as the project progresses.
- Analyse and nurture potential partner relationships for Mirketa's brand building and new business generation opportunities.
- Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Functioning as the main point of contact for all technical teams.
- Elaborating on the scope and range of the project.
- Documenting any progress made across all working components of the project.
- Leading multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Managing the expectations both internally and possibly externally, too
- Reporting on progress to seniors and escalating issues when necessary.
- Keeping tabs on the budget, billings, and accounting for the project.
- Forging great business relationships.
- Forecasting potential resources required for the project.
- Work with sales teams and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop strategy.
- Ensuring all milestones in the project lifecycle are attained within stipulated periods.
- Organizing regular team meetings, so that new challenges or constraints may come to light.
- Adopt and evangelize the working style of Agile, and Scrum methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Observe the market to see what strategies are being implemented and to stay ahead of the game in delivering the best to our clients.
- Build and implement strategies focused on customer service.
- Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business.
- Conduct and lead forward-looking research studies.
- Work with the project team to develop project training plans internally and externally.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation/ Masters
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Must be able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Must be able to think of solutions and influence people towards solutions.
- Must be able to plan work and manage team deliverables.
- Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
