Role & responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee transportation operations.

  2. Manage and monitor company vehicles and drivers.

  3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.

  4. Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs to prevent breakdowns.

  5. Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and transport expenses.

  6. Ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations.

  7. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments for transport needs.

  8. Handle transport-related issues, including breakdowns and emergencies.

  9. Implement cost-effective transportation solutions.

  10. Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to transport operations.

  11. Strong knowledge of transport and logistics management.

  12. Experience in handling vehicle maintenance and scheduling.

  13. Ability to manage drivers and ensure operational efficiency.

  14. Knowledge of government transportation regulations and compliance.

  15. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  16. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

  17. Strong communication and coordination abilities.

  18. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Candidates who working or having prior experience in transport or travel companies is highly preferred.
