Our mission is to drive performance, maximize ROI, and enable advertisers and publishers to thrive in the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.Job Title: Senior Media Buyer – Search Arbitrage & Meta ExecutionLocation: Mulund, Mumbai (On-site)Website: Ventesavenues.in / adxpoint.comRole Overview:We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Media Buyer to manage and execute high-volume Meta campaigns and other traffic sources with a primary focus on search arbitrage. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns and a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and traffic monetization strategies.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution (Meta-Focused)Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for search arbitrage funnels.Set up campaigns with advanced targeting, custom audiences, pixel events, and conversion tracking.Optimize Meta campaigns for CPC, CTR, and ROI, ensuring the lowest cost per conversion while maximizing revenue from search feeds.Search Arbitrage & MonetizationDrive traffic to monetized landing pages using Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, etc.Work with feed providers (e.g., System1, Ads.com, Tonic) to align campaign traffic sources and maximize EPC.Balance arbitrage economics: cost of acquisition vs. revenue from search feeds (RSOC, AFD, N2 S, YHS, BHS, Typein).Optimization & AnalysisConduct daily performance reviews, optimizing bids, creatives, placements, and audiences.Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and feed response.Track and analyze performance using Click Flare, Voluum, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.Use UTM tagging and pixel management for deep tracking and attribution analysis.Strategy & ReportingDevelop campaign strategies based on ROI goals and media buying trends.Monitor spend and performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, EPC, ROAS.Provide insights, reporting, and suggestions to improve campaign performance and budget utilization.Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices on Meta and other platforms.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.Minimum 1+ year of experience in search arbitrage, performance marketing, or PPC media buying.Proven track record in executing high-performance campaigns on Meta and other ad platforms.Strong analytical mindset with understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Familiarity with search feed monetization and arbitrage techniques.Experience with click trackers (Voluum/Click Flare) and ad-serving platforms.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a high-growth performance marketing network.Hands-on experience with global campaigns and monetization platforms.Data-driven environment with real-time optimization challenges.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
