Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Nagpur Rural. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing and closing real estate deals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and reporting on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in sourcing leads and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in using technology and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Nagpur is a plus
