JD for SAP documentation specialist. (short term contract / remote/ freelance within Bharat only)

Duration: 2 months extendable

Shift – 2pm IST to 11pm IST; Experience – 5+ years(7 preferred)

Technology: SAP

Skills Required:

SAP Knowledge

Familiarity with SAP modules and functionalities relevant to the implementation project. Understanding of SAP terminology, processes, and best practices.

Technical Writing:

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.

Presentation Design:

Skill in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations. Knowledge of design principles and tools to enhance presentation aesthetics and effectiveness.

Job responsibilities:

Documentation Preparation

Create and update end user documentation for various SAP modules, processes, and functionalities.

Ensure documentation is comprehensive, clear, and easy to understand for end users.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and verify accuracy of content.

Power Point presentation creation

Develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations to support training sessions, meetings, and project updates related to the SAP implementation.

Incorporate relevant graphics, charts, and diagrams to enhance presentation effectiveness.

Tailor presentations to different audiences, such as end users, management, and project stakeholders.

Content Management

Organize and maintain a repository of documentation and presentation materials, ensuring version control and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

Update documents and presentations as needed to reflect changes in SAP configuration, processes, or user requirements.

Training Support

Assist in the development of training materials and job aids to supplement end user documentation.

Participate in training sessions to provide support and answer questions related to documentation and presentations.

Quality Assurance

Review documentation and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards. Conduct usability testing with end users to gather feedback and improvements.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively and Collaborate with other team members, such as trainers and technical consultants.
