Job Description :


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP CRM Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of our SAP CRM system.

You will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to ensure optimal performance and user experience within the CRM platform.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within SAP CRM.

- Perform thorough system analysis to identify gaps and recommend configurations or customizations to meet user requirements.

- Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities using tools like SPRO, IMG, and Business Transaction Configuration (PFCG).

- Develop and implement custom objects and workflows using ABAP programming (essential).

- Integrate SAP CRM with other enterprise systems using tools like ALE/EDI or web services.

- Manage user roles and security permissions within the SAP CRM system.

- Perform system monitoring, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM enhancements, functionalities, and best practices.

- Provide technical expertise and support to the CRM functional team and end-users.

Qualifications :

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's

- 5-8 years of experience working as an SAP CRM Technical Specialist or related role.

- Proven experience in all phases of the SAP CRM implementation lifecycle (planning, configuration, customization, integration, deployment, and support).

- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, functionalities, and configuration settings.

- Expert-level proficiency in ABAP programming with experience in creating reports, user exits, and BADIs.

- Experience with SAP integration technologies like ALE/EDI or web services.

- Strong understanding of security concepts and user authorization in SAP.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
