Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Intercompany Billing Accounting Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance, with a strong focus on intercompany billing processes. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) is required. The candidate must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


- Intercompany Billing:

- Oversee and manage intercompany billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

- Develop and implement best practices for intercompany billing to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies related to intercompany billing.


- Financial Accounting:

- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial records related to intercompany transactions.

- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to intercompany accounting.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting standards.


- SAP SD Integration:

- Collaborate with the SAP SD team to ensure seamless integration between finance and sales distribution modules.

- Provide expertise on how sales and distribution processes impact financial accounting.

- Support the implementation of new SAP SD functionalities and enhancements.


- Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline intercompany billing and accounting procedures.

- Develop and deliver training to finance and accounting staff on best practices and new processes.


- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.

- Manage risk related to intercompany transactions and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.


- Project Management:

- Lead and participate in finance-related projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.


- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany billing and accounting issues.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Over 15 years of experience in SAP Finance with a specialization in intercompany billing.

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and its integration with finance modules.

- Proven track record of managing complex financial processes and improving efficiency.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

- Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
