Overview :

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and be adept at providing optimal solutions aligned with standard SAP best practices.

This role requires cross-module expertise, strong technical and functional skills, and excellent documentation and testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Implementation :

- Provide best possible solutions to business needs, aligning with standard SAP best practices.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.

- Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment.

Cross-Module Integration :

- Demonstrate cross-module experience between SAP SD, FI (Financial Accounting), and MM (Materials Management).

- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP SD and other SAP modules.

Transport Management :

- Manage and configure transport management processes within SAP SD.

- Ensure efficient handling of transport and logistics operations.

Interstate and Intercompany Sales :

- Design and manage interstate and intercompany sales processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize sales operations.

GST Compliance :

- Implement and manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes within SAP SD.

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and reporting requirements.

Documentation and Testing :

- Create comprehensive documentation for solutions provided, configurations, and customizations.

- Develop detailed test plans and conduct rigorous testing to validate solutions.

POS Integration :

- Integrate SAP SD with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

- Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization between SAP and POS systems.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD solutions.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Proven experience in providing solutions aligned with standard SAP best practices.

- Cross-module expertise in SAP FI and MM.

- Experience with transport management processes.

- Knowledge of interstate and intercompany sales processes.

- GST compliance and implementation experience.

- Strong documentation and testing skills.

- Experience with POS system integration.

Desired Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- SAP certification in SD or related modules is preferred.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in sales and distribution.
