What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end
    test strategy and planning
    for greenfield Finacle programs—from requirements traceability through go-live.
  • Lead
    SIT, UAT, regression, E2E, and parallel runs
    ; define entry/exit criteria and risk-based coverage.
  • Coordinate
    defect triage
    and governance with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee
    interface/API testing
    across digital channels (online/mobile), payments, GL, downstream ops, and regulatory reporting.
  • Guide
    test data management
    , environment readiness, and
    data migration
    validation.
  • Drive
    automation
    where sensible (e.g., UFT/Selenium) and support
    performance testing
    (e.g., JMeter/LoadRunner) with clear NFRs.
  • Build
    dashboards and reports
    (JIRA/ALM) for daily/weekly health, burn-down, and go-live readiness.
  • Mentor and manage onsite/offshore QA teams; enforce standards, checklists, and reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years
    in software testing with
    strong Finacle Core Banking
    exposure; proven leadership as a Test Lead.
  • Hands-on in
    SIT/UAT orchestration
    , large-scale regression, and release management for core banking.
  • Solid grasp of
    SDLC/STLC
    , Agile/Hybrid models, and tools such as
    JIRA / HP ALM / Zephyr
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    SQL
    ,
    API testing
    (Postman/RestAssured), and familiarity with
    UFT/Selenium
    automation practices.
  • Experience validating
    Payments, Accounts, Deposits, AML/Compliance, Treasury
    integrations and controls.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, risk management, and documentation discipline.

Good to Have

  • Prior
    greenfield
    Finacle implementation experience.
  • Exposure to
    performance testing
    setup and NFR sign-off.
  • Familiarity with
    GCC/UAE
    banking regulatory frameworks and digital channel integrations.
