About the Role

Closing Gap is seeking passionate
Finacle Test Engineers
to join our QA team and support large-scale core banking transformation projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing of Finacle-based solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple banking modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze functional and technical specifications of Finacle modules (CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.)
  • Design, review, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases
  • Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing
  • Log, track, and resolve defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or Quality Center (QC)
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers for issue resolution
  • Maintain test documentation for audits and quality reviews

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in
    Finacle testing
  • Hands-on experience in Finacle modules (CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Core Banking Operations
  • Solid understanding of test lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and testing methodologies
  • Experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, SQL, and test management tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Desirable

  • Exposure to automation or performance testing tools
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
  • Knowledge of Finacle customization and scripting
